Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to take full ownership of the school’s marketing operations. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and monitor all marketing activities — both online and offline — to ensure maximum visibility and admissions growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
• Handle offline marketing:
• Planning and overseeing hoardings/flex board installations (load ball fixation, etc.)
• Managing flyer and brochure distribution in targeted areas.
• Organizing events, school fairs, and local outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives — social media, Google ads, and online promotions.
• Supervise and manage the marketing team and vendors.
• Track marketing performance and report results to management.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships to enhance the school’s visibility.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to school values across all platforms.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach.
