If you've never marketed something this big before — good. Neither has anyone else. This category didn't exist before us.


What You'll Actually Do

You will own the marketing engine for a category-creating healthcare platform across multiple audiences — parents discovering us for the first time, government stakeholders evaluating partnerships, investors conducting diligence, and clinicians considering careers. This is not single-channel, single-audience work.


Specifically:

Brand Architecture & Positioning: Own the Pinnacle Blooms brand narrative across all touchpoints. We speak to parents, government officials, institutional investors, and international partners — often in the same week. You'll maintain message consistency across all of them while adapting tone and depth.


Digital Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels. Manage CAC, LTV, and attribution across 70+ center catchments. You'll work with real data — 2.2 Billion AI data points, 97% improvement rate — and turn clinical proof into conversion.


Center-Level Marketing & Local Demand Generation: Each of our 70+ centers has a unique catchment, competitive landscape, and parent profile. You'll build hyperlocal marketing playbooks — from Google Business Profile optimization to community engagement — and drive walk-ins, assessments, and conversions at the center level.


Content & Thought Leadership: Develop content strategy spanning parent education (workshops, social media, blogs), clinical authority (research publications, WhiteBook positioning), and institutional credibility (government submissions, investor-facing materials). Coordinate across clinical teams for accuracy.


Government & Institutional Marketing: Support positioning for state and central government partnerships — MOUs, pilot proposals, helpline initiatives. Prepare leave-behind materials, one-pagers, and visual assets for IAS-level audiences who read in seconds, not minutes.


PR, Media & Awards Strategy: Proactive media relations, award nominations, and visibility campaigns. Position the Founder and the platform in national and international media.


Analytics & Reporting: Weekly/monthly performance dashboards. Budget management. Channel ROI. You will be measured on numbers, not activity.


Who You Are

→ 4-8 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in healthcare, edtech, or high-consideration services. Clinic chain / multi-location experience is a strong plus.

→ You understand that parents searching "autism therapy near me" at 2 AM are not "leads" — they're families in crisis. Your marketing respects that.

→ You can write a Google Ads headline AND a government proposal cover note. Range matters here.

→ Performance marketing fluency — you know CAC, ROAS, attribution, and you've managed budgets of ₹10L+/month across channels.

→ Strong content instinct. You don't need a brief for everything — you can see a data point (21M+ sessions, 97% improvement) and turn it into a story.

→ Comfortable operating in a founder-led, high-velocity environment where strategy and execution happen simultaneously.

→ Bonus: experience with healthcare regulation, SaMD, or medical device marketing. If you know what CDSCO or FDA TEMPO means, you're already ahead of 99% of applicants.
