Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Plan annual and quarterly marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

• Strengthen and maintain the Company’s brand image across all marketing channels.

• Oversee branding materials, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure consistent brand communication across digital and offline platforms.

• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.

• Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade fairs, events, and dealer meets.

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and vendors.

• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition.

• Develop marketing collaterals to assist sales presentations and negotiations.

• Track campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Handle customer feedback and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with customer expectations.

• Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and present insights to management.

• Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector.

• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and teams.
