Job Role:

We are hiring Marketing Managers who are motivated, willing to learn and ready to start immediately. No prior experience is required — full training and on-the-job learning will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day marketing & promotion activities
• Guide and support a team of sales/marketing executives
• Explain product/service details to customers
• Generate leads and ensure follow-ups
• Track daily performance and maintain basic reports
• Ensure good customer experience and smooth campaign execution

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven
• Leadership qualities (preferred)
• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates with strong confidence
