Marketing Manager

ELIP PROPERTY is hiring a Marketing Manager who can present on-site in videos (property walkthroughs, market updates, developer visits) and also drive business development partnerships—building brand collaborations with realtors, channel partners, and developers across Hyderabad.

This is a high-visibility role: you’ll be the face + brain behind campaigns that generate inbound leads and strategic tie-ups.

Key responsibilities

A) On-site video presentation + content execution (must-have)

Visit properties, projects, and developer sites and present confidently on camera

Host and script property tours, reels/shorts, YouTube videos, and market insight videos

Coordinate with videographer/editor (or do basic shooting if needed) to deliver consistent weekly content

Ensure every video has strong hooks, clear CTA (call/WhatsApp), and brand tone aligned with ELIP PROPERTY

Work with sales team to highlight USPs: location, pricing, approvals, amenities, rental yield, investment angle

B) Marketing strategy + lead generation

Build and execute a monthly marketing plan for ELIP PROPERTY across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms

Create campaign calendars for: new launches, luxury/farmhouse listings, furnished homes, commercial properties

Drive inbound leads through organic + paid campaigns (Meta/Google optional but preferred)

Track performance: reach, watch time, inquiries, CPL, lead-to-site-visit conversion

C) Business development & brand collaborations (must-have)

Create a business development plan focused on partnerships with:

Realtors/channel partners

Developers/builders

Landowners/investors

Home interiors/loan/legal/property management partners (optional add-on)

Pitch ELIP PROPERTY as a media + sales partner: “we will market + generate leads + close”

Build collaboration models: co-branded campaigns, exclusive inventory, referral agreements, JV promotions

Maintain partnership pipeline, follow-ups, and weekly reporting on tie-ups closed

D) Brand building

Strengthen ELIP PROPERTY’s brand positioning as a trusted Hyderabad real estate influencer + consulting brand

Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and credibility content (testimonials, deal stories, proof posts)

Must-have skills

Strong on-camera presence + ability to present clearly at project sites

Comfortable speaking in Telugu and/or English (whichever is required for your audience)

Ability to convert property details into engaging storytelling (hook → benefits → CTA)

Strong networking and negotiation skills for realtor/developer collaborations

Ability to create and execute a business development plan with targets and timelines

Basic understanding of real estate market terms: approvals, pricing, amenities, ROI, rental yield, etc.

Good to have

Experience in real estate marketing, channel partner networks, or developer sales ecosystem

Knowledge of video content strategy for Reels/Shorts/YouTube

Paid ads experience (Meta/Google), lead forms, WhatsApp automation

Comfortable managing editors/designers/freelancers

Experience level

1–4 years (flexible if the candidate is strong on-camera + strong BD network)
