Marketing Manager (E-commerce Focus | FMCG / Food Brand)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong sales-driven mindset to drive revenue primarily through online channels (marketplaces and D2C), with selective offline activities to support sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth on e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C website
• Own e-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and sales
• Plan and execute performance-focused marketing strategies across digital channels
• Manage social media for sales enablement (Instagram and LinkedIn) — content focused on driving traffic and conversions
• Create basic marketing creatives independently (Canva; Adobe familiarity preferred)
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and print vendors to support campaign execution
• Plan and execute offline and on-ground activities (events, activations) , to support online sales and visibility
• Support brand building as a secondary outcome, aligned with sales objectives

Experience Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably food products
• Hands-on experience driving online sales via marketplaces and D2C
• Comfortable working with performance metrics, targets, and budgets
• Experience working with aspirational or emerging brands is a plus
