Job Description
We are looking for energetic and execution-focused Offline Marketing & Operations Executives to plan, execute, and scale our offline outreach initiatives. This role goes beyond conducting one-off events — you will be responsible for building repeatable, scalable offline marketing funnels that consistently generate leads and engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are keen to build a long-term career in marketing, field operations, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including:
- Campus drives and student outreach programs
- Career seminars and study abroad information sessions
- Corporate learning sessions and employee engagement programs
- Kiosks, roadshows, exhibitions, and institutional events
- Coordinate end-to-end execution — venue setup, branding, logistics, registrations, and on-ground operations.
Funnel & Lead Generation
- Build structured offline funnels to ensure events translate into qualified leads and conversions, not just footfall.
- Capture, track, and hand over leads to the sales/admissions team with proper documentation.
- Work on improving lead quality and conversion ratios across campaigns.
Institutional & Corporate Outreach
- Support outreach to colleges, training institutes, and corporate partners for collaborations and event tie-ups.
- Assist in relationship management with institutional stakeholders and partners.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance including footfall, leads generated, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain reports and dashboards for offline activities.
- Identify insights and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align offline initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure brand messaging and experience is consistent across all offline touchpoints.
Required Candidate Profile
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in building a career in offline marketing, field operations, and outreach.
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students, professionals, and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong execution skills with a hands-on mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach activities.
- Basic understanding of marketing or operations is a plus (training will be provided).
