Marketo Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Marketo Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Marketo, ensuring proper setup, integration with other systems (such as CRM), and data management.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns using Marketo, including email marketing, lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness within Marketo by implementing best practices for data governance, segmentation, and deduplication.
• Marketing Operations: Work closely with the marketing operations team to streamline processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize Marketo workflows and integrations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide analysis on campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
• Marketing Automation Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and leverage that knowledge to drive innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
• System Configuration Testing: Test and validate system configurations within Marketo, such as lead lifecycle, data management, lead database segmentation, and data synchronization with other systems (e.g., CRM).
• Ensure proper integration and data flow between Marketo and other marketing and sales systems.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that changes or enhancements made to Marketo do not impact existing campaigns or system functionality.
• Identify and report any issues or defects found during regression testing.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document test results, including identified issues, defects, and suggested improvements.
• Provide detailed reports on test findings, including recommendations for enhancements or fixes.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices in Marketo testing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Marketo testing environment.
• Propose and implement enhancements to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing team members on Marketo functionality, best practices, and campaign execution.
