Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to students as per the ICSE curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, worksheets, and study materials.
- Conduct regular class tests, unit tests, and assessments.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Prepare students for ICSE board examinations conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Identify slow learners and provide additional support when required.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (ICSE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics as per grade level.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use digital tools/online teaching platforms (if applicable).
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
