We are looking for a motivated MBA Graduate to join our growing startup team. The candidate will assist in business development, operations, marketing strategies, and client management to help expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Handle client communication and build strong relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns
• Support daily business operations and reporting
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing / Business Administration / Finance or related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and business strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
