Mechanical Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer (2 Positions)Location: India (Extensive Travel Required)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and skilled Service Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong mechanical background, basic knowledge of electronics, and a willingness to travel across India for installation, maintenance, and service support activities.

• Key Responsibilities: Installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at client locations
• Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electronic issues
• Providing on-site technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams for service updates and reporting
• Maintaining service records and documentation
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned service tasks
• Requirements:ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant field/service experience
• Basic knowledge of electronics (preferred)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Language Skills:Mandatory: Telugu, English, and Hindi
• Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently in field conditions
