Video Production & Photography

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos and photographs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, website, and advertisements.

• Execute indoor and outdoor shoots including product shoots, lifestyle shoots, corporate videos, events, and promotional content.

• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, drones, and related equipment efficiently.

Lighting, Audio & Technical Setup

• Set up and manage lighting, sound, framing, and camera angles to ensure high-quality output.

• Ensure proper exposure, composition, and audio clarity during shoots.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, lighting, or audio equipment.

Drone Operations & Compliance

• Conduct drone shoots as per project requirements, ensuring compliance with DGCA and local aviation regulations.

• Maintain drone equipment, batteries, and flight logs.

• Follow safety protocols during drone operations and on-site shoots.

Brand Consistency & Creative Alignment

• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity, tone, and quality standards.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Branding, and Creative teams to understand campaign objectives and creative briefs.

• Suggest creative ideas, shot concepts, and visual storytelling approaches.

Content Planning & Coordination

• Assist in planning shoot schedules, locations, props, and shot lists.

• Coordinate with internal teams, models, vendors, influencers, and agencies when required.

• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital initiatives.

Post-Production Support

• Perform basic video editing, color correction, and image retouching if required.

• Coordinate with editors, designers, and post-production agencies for advanced editing and final outputs.

• Review and ensure final deliverables meet quality and brand standards.

Digital Asset Management

• Organize, store, and manage raw and edited media files systematically.

• Maintain backups of all digital assets on drives/cloud storage.

• Ensure easy accessibility and version control of content.

Quality Control & Timelines

• Ensure timely delivery of media assets as per project deadlines.

• Maintain high production quality while meeting fast-paced content requirements.

• Follow best practices in file naming, archiving, and documentation.

Equipment & Resource Management

• Maintain and care for cameras, lighting, drones, and accessories.

• Report equipment issues and assist in inventory management.

• Ensure optimal utilization of production resources.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, photography, editing tools, and social media formats.

• Experiment with new techniques, styles, and formats to enhance content quality and engagement.
