Medical Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and activate Doctor Connect Clinics for Apollo DocVerse programs.
• Drive clinic acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth at city and unit levels.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding including product explanation, commercial discussions, and go-live support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, clinic owners, and unit SPOCs.
• Ensure smooth fulfilment and operational readiness for all onboarded clinics in coordination with internal teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for doctors for issue resolution and escalations.
• Handle escalations related to onboarding, fulfilment, payments, and service delivery.
• Conduct regular training and demo sessions for doctors and clinic staff on Apollo DocVerse offerings.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and retention of doctors on the platform.
• Track daily / weekly performance metrics and achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, escalation logs, and share MIS reports with city and central teams.
• Coordinate with operations, tech, and central teams to resolve process or system-related issues.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance at clinic and city levels.
