About the Role:We are looking for an energetic Field Marketing & Hospital Outreach Executive who will visit hospitals daily, understand their neonatal phototherapy device requirements, build strong relationships, and support our sales team by connecting us with key decision makers and neonatologists. This is a field-intensive role suitable for freshers or candidates with 6 months–1 year experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit hospitals daily and gather details about:
• 
  
• Whether they need neonatal phototherapy devices
• Which brand they are currently using
• How old their existing devices are
• Build rapport with biomedical engineers, purchase departments, NICU staff, and other hospital contacts.
• Introduce Heamac Healthcare as an IIT Hyderabad–based startup and share company details confidently.
• Identify and collect the contact details of decision makers in each hospital.
• Find and connect with the top neonatologists in every hospital.
• Try to fix meetings/appointments for our founder or sales head to reduce sales cycle time.
• Maintain proper records of all hospital visits, leads generated, and daily activity.
• Understand customer needs and support the company’s on-ground outreach efforts.
• Candidate Requirements:Education: BBA / BBM / B.Com / Marketing graduates preferred (freshers or 6–12 months experience).
• Must have a 2-wheeler driving license (4-wheeler license is an added advantage).
• Must be willing to travel daily across hospitals in the city.
• Should know driving and be comfortable navigating independently.
• Basic communication in Telugu is compulsory.
• Hindi is good to have; English is an added advantage.
• Must be confident, polite, persuasive, and professional in approach (not aggressive).
• Should be comfortable talking to hospital staff, doctors, and administrative teams.
