Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹46,000 per month

Work Mode: Hybrid

• 16–20 days Work From Home
• 6–7 days Field Work (Hospitals & Pharmacies)

About the Role:

We are looking for a self-dependent, confident, and crowd-friendly Medical Representative who can support our clinical research and medical documentation processes. This role does NOT involve sales. Instead, the focus is on data research, medicine analysis, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMedicine Research & AnalysisConduct detailed research on medicine modules, compositions, textures, binding agents, drug interactions, and side effects.
• Use AI-powered research tools and medical software to compile accurate and updated medicine profiles.
• Evaluate clinical data, compare formulations, and prepare insights for internal use.
• Maintain documentation on drug safety, contraindications, and usage patterns.
• Field Coordination (6–7 days/month)Visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to gather real-world insights and verify research data.
• Interact with healthcare professionals to understand practical use cases and feedback about medicines.
• Collect samples, prescriptions (where applicable), and usage data for research validation.
• Reporting & DocumentationPrepare easy-to-understand research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal teams.
• Update digital records using AI-supported tools for faster accuracy.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.

• Eligibility CriteriaAny graduate with a science or pharmacy background preferred (B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm).
• Freshers with strong research interest are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of medicine types, formulations, and healthcare terminology.
• Willingness to travel for 6–7 days a month for field work.
