Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities
* Responsible for design and development of real time embedded software/firmware and PC/mobile based software application & overall planning, execution and success of complex solutions to meet customer’s needs.
* Responsible for requirements capturing, design & code implementation, bug fixing, test environment development, test cases and procedures development, traceability analysis and review work of development and testing teams
* Manage audit and compliances as per Software/Product Development Life Cycle 
* Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the Client.
* Evaluate new tools & technologies for optimized performance, cost optimization, Infra-security.
* Responsible for team management and mentoring subordinate & collaborating with different/cross functional teams to ensure deliverables.

● Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
● Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

● Accountable for results of a small team 
● Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions 
● Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline

Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
