We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer for our Plumbing and Firefighting Division to manage the planning, execution, and coordination of plumbing and firefighting systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling the following responsibilities with technical proficiency and leadership:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Site Supervision
• Supervise installation of plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems as per design and specifications.
• Ensure work is executed according to project timelines, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Design & Technical Review
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.
• Provide technical input and design adjustments for plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Verify IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and ensure field implementation.
• Material Planning & Verification
• Estimate and plan materials required for each stage of execution.
• Raise material requirements and verify quality and specifications of received items.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely supply.
• Coordination with Stakeholders
• Communicate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors.
• Participate in project meetings and ensure smooth coordination across disciplines.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all installations follow local building codes and industry standards (IS Codes, NBC, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, testing & commissioning checklists, and as-built drawings.
• Support the billing team with verified quantities and job measurement sheets (JMS).
