MIS Executive

Job Description - Executive - Operations 

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Executive to support day-to-day data operations, documentation, and reporting activities. The role focuses on data accuracy, timely updates, and structured reporting using standard office tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data entry, data extraction, and data collation from internal and external sources

2. Preparation of applications and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word

3. E-filing of applications through prescribed portals

4. Maintenance of trackers, templates, and MIS reports

5. Updating databases and ensuring data accuracy and completeness

6. Coordinating with internal teams via email and WhatsApp for data follow-ups

7. Adhering to defined SOPs and timelines

Required Skills & Experience

1. 1–3 years of experience in data operations, MIS, or administrative roles

2. Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, pivots)

3. Proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint

4. Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive data tasks efficiently

6. Comfortable working with structured data and predefined processes
