MIS Executive

We are hiring a junior Operations, Systems & MIS Executive to support inventory tracking, reporting, costing support, and system discipline across our bakery and salon operations.

This is an execution-focused role. The candidate will work under guidance using defined templates and SOPs. This role does not involve people management or independent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

=> Download and prepare daily sales reports (bakery & salon)

=> Inventory data entry and tracking (ingredients, packaging, salon products)

=> GRN, stock issue, wastage, and expiry tracking

=> Daily and weekly MIS report preparation

=> Support recipe costing (bakery) and service consumption tracking (salon)

=> SOP documentation and checklist maintenance

=> Data support for accounts and management

=> Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for documentation, learning, and productivity support

Requirements:

=> 1-2 years of experience preferred in operations / MIS / inventory / back-office role

=> Good Excel knowledge (basic formulas, pivot tables)

=> Comfortable working with numbers and data daily

=> Willing to learn systems and follow processes strictly

=> Willing to visit store/kitchen/salon locations if required
