Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Inventory Executive to manage business data, reports, and inventory records that support operational efficiency and management decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills, along with hands-on experience in managing stock movement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track key business metrics like leads, sales, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Manage and monitor vehicle inventory across all locations — inbound, outbound, and stock aging.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams for stock updates.
• Automate reports and dashboards (using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
• Analyze data trends and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inventory and transaction data.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Inventory, or Data Reporting roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic BI tools.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation: As per industry standards (based on experience).
