MIS Specialist

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled MIS Specialist with expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets to own, manage, automate, and analyze large-scale data across departments.

This role will act as the single source of truth for organizational MIS and reporting, enabling leadership to take accurate, data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to independently handle complex datasets and MIS systems.

• Data cleaning, validation, and structuring
• Multi-sheet and cross-file data management
• Real-time trackers and automated reporting
• Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Database ManagementBuild and maintain centralized MIS databases across departments
• Consolidate data from CRM, ERP, marketing, finance, operations, and internal trackers
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, validation, and version control
• Define reporting structures, formats, and SOPs
• Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership
• Create dashboards covering KPIs, SLAs, productivity, revenue, and costs
• Track and analyze:
• Sales performance and lead movement
• Marketing spends, CPL, ROI
• Operations efficiency
• Finance and cost metrics
• Project timelines and delivery metrics
• Identify trends, gaps, risks, and provide actionable insights
• Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Project teams
• Act as a bridge between data and decision-making
• Ensure timely data submission and resolve discrepancies
• Support project managers with real-time MIS
• Process Improvement & AutomationImprove MIS processes for speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Automate reports and dashboards wherever possible
• Standardize reporting templates and trackers across the organization

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Functional

• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivots, dashboards)
• Experience handling large datasets and multiple data sources
• Exposure to CRM systems, ERPs, or internal MIS tools
• Strong understanding of business KPIs and operational metrics
