Job SummaryWe are seeking skilled and experienced Mobile & Laptop Repair Technicians to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing iPhones, Android devices, MacBooks, and Windows laptops, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The technician will also be responsible for performing on-site repairs at customer locations as required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile phones and laptops (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows).

• Perform repairs including screen replacement, battery replacement, motherboard-level repair, and software troubleshooting.

• Provide professional on-site repair services at customer locations across Hyderabad.

• Ensure timely, high-quality, and customer-focused service delivery.

• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• 
  
• Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and industry trends.

• RequirementsProven experience in mobile and laptop repairs (iPhone, Android, MacBook, Windows laptops).
• 
  
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software diagnostics.
• 
  
• Ability to perform motherboard-level repairs will be an added advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations within Hyderabad.
