MS Dynamics Developer

Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. Design and implement integrations with .NET applications, and support both business and technical requirements through custom applications and core product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform technical solutions is a MUST.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software design best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application's API.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and JavaScript development experience within the D365 SDK, including working knowledge of the ODATA, REST endpoints, Entity Model, and Asynchronous programming.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS).
• Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and Source Code Management Systems (TFS).
• Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server, Stored procedures & SSRS Reporting.
• FetchXml Reporting is a big plus.
• Ability to extend Dynamics 365 through SDK, Plug-ins, MS Power Automate, WF’s.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Web Jobs is good to have.
• Functional knowledge in at least one D365 CE module, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, or Field Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with the developer manager to develop client custom applications or core product offerings based on written specifications (both functional and technical).
• Unit test applications and design systems to support both business and technical requirements.
• Map user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Handle development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with users for UAT Testing and sign-off.
• Support core and custom applications for bugs.
• Maintain multiple projects and deadlines, normally prioritized through 2-week SCRUM Sprints using agile development practices.
• Record time and work progress on a daily basis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
