 Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Record to Report! 

In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

• Navision required but not must. 

• Proficiency in Excel is required. 

• Working knowledge of all other Microsoft office products is preferred.  

• Detail oriented.  

• Excellent interpersonal skills.  

• Time Management  

• Problem solving skills and abilities.  

• Ability to work independently. 

• Ability to reconcile accounts, troubleshoot and research effectively.  

• Ability to organize and express ideas clearly, concisely and accurately, verbally and in writing. 

• Possess strong sense of urgency (makes it happen). 

• Maintain records in a logical, user-friendly system. 

• Ability to identify what needs to be done and proactively execute 

• Ability to be assertive and to work unsupervised. 

• Minimal Travel Required (1 - 2 x per year) . 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /finance preferred or equivalent experience..  

• Experience in retail finance field. 

• General ledger experience.                                 

• Experience with account reconciliation. 

• Inventory control, planning and allocation or accounting.
