Job Summary:Sloka International School is seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher to inspire students and cultivate their interest in music. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing students’ musical abilities, creativity, and appreciation through engaging and interactive teaching methods.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver music lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Teach instrumental music to students across different grade levels.
• Prepare students for school events, competitions, and performances.
• Encourage creativity through singing, rhythm, composition, and instrumental practice.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and coordinate music-related activities, assemblies, and cultural events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary activities and events.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of musical instruments and resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music or a related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
• Proficiency in instrumental music.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
• Experience in organizing performances and cultural programs is preferred.
