Job Description

• Troubleshootingo Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, network outages, and performance degradation, in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.o Plan and execute network infrastructure upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.• Network Policy and Complianceo Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs, to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats.o Ensure that the organization's network infrastructure adheres to security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.• Network Monitoring and Optimizationo Monitor network performance, identify potential bottlenecks or performance issues, and proactively optimize the network to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, security, and application development, to support their network-related needs and projects.o Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.• Documentationo Maintain detailed documentation of Network configurations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions
