Job Description

Network Sales Executive (Open Plots Sales) – Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Channel Partner Recruitment
  2. Identify and onboard real estate brokers or channel partners to expand the sales network.
  3. Channel Partner Relationship Management
  4. Maintain regular communication with channel partners and build strong professional relationships.
  5. Partner Follow-ups
  6. Regularly follow up with channel partners to generate leads and ensure continuous sales activity.
  7. Lead Generation through Channel Partners
  8. Encourage partners to bring potential buyers and generate qualified leads for open plot sales.
  9. Site Visit Coordination
  10. Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested customers along with channel partners.
  11. Sales Support & Closing
  12. Assist channel partners in explaining project details to customers and support them until the deal is closed.
  13. Project Updates & Communication
  14. Share project details, pricing, offers, and promotional materials with channel partners.
  15. Channel Partner Meetings & Presentations
  16. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, or training sessions to update partners about projects and sales strategies.
  17. Market Feedback Collection
  18. Gather information about competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  19. Sales Reporting
  20. Maintain records of partner activities, leads, site visits, and bookings, and submit regular reports to management.
  21. Target Achievement
  22. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel partner network.
