Job Description
Network Sales Executive (Open Plots Sales) – Key Job Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Recruitment
- Identify and onboard real estate brokers or channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Channel Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with channel partners and build strong professional relationships.
- Partner Follow-ups
- Regularly follow up with channel partners to generate leads and ensure continuous sales activity.
- Lead Generation through Channel Partners
- Encourage partners to bring potential buyers and generate qualified leads for open plot sales.
- Site Visit Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested customers along with channel partners.
- Sales Support & Closing
- Assist channel partners in explaining project details to customers and support them until the deal is closed.
- Project Updates & Communication
- Share project details, pricing, offers, and promotional materials with channel partners.
- Channel Partner Meetings & Presentations
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, or training sessions to update partners about projects and sales strategies.
- Market Feedback Collection
- Gather information about competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Sales Reporting
- Maintain records of partner activities, leads, site visits, and bookings, and submit regular reports to management.
- Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel partner network.
