Summary:
As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will engage in the configuration, integration, and management of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the life cycle of these elements, ensuring that all configurations are accurately maintained across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records, support customer activations, and make necessary configuration adjustments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their configurations.
- Experience with back office system data management and record keeping.
- Familiarity with customer activation processes and configuration adjustments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
