Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching, Wireless LAN (WAP/WLC), and Cisco ISE. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Design and implement enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure using Cisco Routing & Switching platforms. Architect high-availability and redundant network solutions. Lead wireless network design using Cisco Wireless Access Points (WAP) and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC). Design and implement network access control solutions using Cisco ISE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Network Infrastructure technologies.
- Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure effective delivery of network services and projects.
- Take ownership of technical decisions impacting the network environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic technology discussions and key initiatives.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities within the network infrastructure.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior engineers to enhance overall team capability.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity, proactively addressing risks and potential outages.

Router - Silver Peak Router, Aruba Router, Cisco ASR Router, Cisco ISR Router, Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass (NAC solutions), TACACS, NTP, LAN side UPS, Opengear Router, NetEdit, Airwave, Prime
Switch - Aruba Switch, Aruba Orchestrator, Cisco Catalyst Switch, Cisco VManage, Cisco Nexus Switch, ADTRAN Switch, Arista Networks Switch, Broadcom Switch, HP Switch, Netgear Switch
DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) appliance - InfoBlox Network Appliance, Aruba UXI Sensor, SymmetricomDV Network Appliance .
Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) - Aruba Wireless LAN Controller , Cisco Wireless LAN Controller
Wireless Access Point (WAP) - Aruba WAP , Cisco Aironet WAP.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Data Center, etc.).
- Deep understanding of networking protocols and architectures (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex network connectivity and performance issues.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
