Job Description
- Night Checking Officer – Roles & Responsibilities Conduct night rounds across all assigned sites
- Check guard alertness, attendance, and grooming
- Verify proper deployment and post duties
- Ensure guards are not sleeping and are following instructions
- Address on-spot issues and report incidents immediately
- Maintain discipline and safety standards at night
- Submit night checking reports to management
- Coordinate with clients for any night-time concerns
- Support emergency response and handle critical situations
- Ensure smooth night operations and service quality
