Job Title: Non-IT RecruiterJob SummaryA Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles across various domains such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, retail, logistics, and administration. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
• Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person).
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends and labor market conditions.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or general staffing.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools/ATS is a plus.
• Preferred Experience (Optional)Experience hiring for sectors like BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.
• Exposure to bulk hiring or campus recruitment.
• Vendor management experience.
