Non IT Recruiter

Responsibilities :-

 Responsible for sourcing candidates through Job portals, networking, internet postings etc. 

 Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. 

 Low turnaround time from sourcing to closure of candidates. 

 Evaluate skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks. 

 Work with GC and US Citizen Candidates.

 Utilizing various job boards, social media websites, internal databases, search strings and referrals

to assess and identify qualified candidates. 

 Well versed with various job portals, Indeed, CareerBuilder and Monster, Zip Recruiter etc.

 Screen candidates to ensure their skill sets match the requirements of the position.

#### Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate

- Preferred: Background in Humanities / Management

*Requirements:*

- 0-3 years of sourcing experience within the BPO domain

- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as Indeed, Monster, Referrals, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Timings : 6.30pm to 3.30am
