🔍 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with strong manpower/consultancy experience and hands-on exposure to hospitality industry hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for frontline, back-office, and operational roles across hospitality clients, ensuring timely and quality closures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Non-IT recruitment for hospitality clients (Hotels, QSRs, Resorts, Travel companies)

Handle bulk and volume hiring through manpower consultancy processes

• Source candidates via job portals, databases, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen candidates for role fit, service mindset, and hospitality standards
• Coordinate interviews and manage client/candidate communication
• Handle offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower MIS, and daily/weekly reports
• Meet hiring targets, TAT, and closure requirements

✅ Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of Non-IT recruitment experience in a manpower/consultancy setup

• Strong exposure to hospitality hiring (front office, F&B, housekeeping, sales, ops, support roles)
• Experience in bulk hiring and high-volume closures
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under targets and timelines
