Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Non-IT Recruiters and Full Desk Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US recruitment or business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment or client acquisition processes. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are target-driven, proactive, and performance-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

For Non-IT Recruiters:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Ensure timely closure of roles while meeting quality standards.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in US recruitment or business development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle end-to-end processes independently.

Proactive, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift).

Prior experience in recruitment or client management for US clients is a plus.
