Job Responsibilities 

Prepare different varieties of khichdi (plain, masala, dal, millet, special variants) as per standard recipes.

Ensure taste consistency, correct texture, and portion control in every batch.

Follow standard recipes, measurements, and cooking procedures.

Prepare food as per order flow from Swiggy/Zomato.Ensure timely dispatch of orders without compromising quality.

Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and workstation.

Assist in daily raw material checks, Inform manager about low stock or quality issueS. Minimise wastage of rice, dal, vegetables, and ghee.Proper storage of cooked khichdi 

Willing to work in rotational shifts.Open to learning new khichdi variants or menu additions.Follow company rules, timings, and attendance discipline
