Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Quality Control
  • Prepare and serve authentic North Indian vegetarian cuisine with superior taste and consistency
  • Ensure uniform taste, portion control, and presentation across all orders (delivery & dine-in)
  • Standardize recipes and cooking methods for smooth daily operations
  • Maintain high food quality even during peak delivery hours
  • Raw Material & Inventory Management
  • Kitchen & Operations Management Oversee complete kitchen operations for cloud kitchen
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and order flow for Swiggy, Zomato, and in-house orders
  • Ensure smooth coordination between preparation, cooking, packing, and dispatch teams
