Position: Admin & Front office Executive Experience: 2 to 5 years Location: Hyderabad Qualification: Hotel management background and any Graduate • Roles and Responsibility:- • Daily booking management for online, walk in, check-in guests. • Cash management • Inventory Management • Act as an initial escalation matrix for internal guest management. • administration works like handling files, mails, etc. • Co-ordination with sales team, collecting daily & weekly reports & planners • To attend the phone calls, connecting the phone calls to staff if required, to co-ordinate with all staff. • To maintain all necessary files and registers like inward, outward & factory in &outwards etc. • To keep the front office neat. • Preparing monthly expense report & Maintaining Record. • Maintaining Office Stationary Materials,courier,vendor,housekeeping,canteen • Maintaining the office expenditure and send the mail to General manager in day today basis • All administration activities
