Job Overview:

KBK Business Solutions is looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Administrator to support daily office activities. This role is ideal for female candidates, including freshers, who are willing to learn, take ownership of office tasks, and grow with the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine office administration and coordination
  • Attend phone calls, respond to emails, and manage visitors
  • Maintain files, records, and office documents
  • Assist management with daily administrative support
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning
  • Keep track of office supplies and vendor follow-ups
  • Support HR activities such as attendance and basic documentation
  • Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and work flow
