Office Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant based in Secunderābād. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and performing various clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining organized filing systems, scheduling appointments, and supporting office operations to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
• Fresher/Experienced in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Proficient in the use of Office Equipment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Proficient in Computers & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook mails)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
