Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Office Assistant supports day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle office files, records, and basic documentation
  • Assist in data entry and maintaining employee/office records
  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls, couriers, and emails
  • Support HR/admin work such as joining formalities and document collection
  • Coordinate pantry, stationery, and office supplies
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining registers
  • Support accounts/admin team with basic tasks as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline in office areas (coordination)
  • Skills & Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
