Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant supports day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle office files, records, and basic documentation
- Assist in data entry and maintaining employee/office records
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls, couriers, and emails
- Support HR/admin work such as joining formalities and document collection
- Coordinate pantry, stationery, and office supplies
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining registers
- Support accounts/admin team with basic tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in office areas (coordination)
- Skills & Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
