Job Title: Office Staff / Accounts Executive

About Us:

Metal9 Modular is a growing company specializing in modular furniture, fabrication, and interior solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented office staff member to support our daily administrative and accounting operations at our Kompally office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company records, files, and daily reports
• Manage accounting entries and documentation in Tally software
• Handle Excel-based data analysis and report preparation
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase/sales records
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for routine office tasks
• Support management in financial tracking and record-keeping activities

Requirements:

• Commerce background preferred (B.Com or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Minimum 1 year of relevant office or accounting experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Salary: Based on experience and skill level
