Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between multiple sites and head office
  • Prepare and maintain Excel entries (payments, site expenses, trackers)
  • Prepare quotations and letters in MS Word
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Ensure proper communication between site and office

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
  • Prior experience in preparing quotations and POs
  • Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups
  • Responsible and trustworthy with company work

Note:

  1. This is a coordination & execution role, not a managerial position
  2. Practical skills will be checked during interview
  3. Trial period applicable
