From supervising administrative staff and taking executive dictation to resolving complex customer inquiries, this role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

​Key Responsibilities​Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• ​Manage Communications: Answer, screen, and route incoming customer calls with the highest level of professionalism.
• ​Solve Customer Issues: Act as the first line of escalation for customer complaints, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• ​Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, providing accurate information regarding our services and products.

​Administrative & Executive Support

• ​Dictation & Transcription: Take accurate dictation from senior management and transcribe notes, letters, and memos quickly and error-free and execute the task accordingly.
• ​Correspondence: Draft, review, and distribute internal and external emails, reports, and professional correspondence.
