Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-focused professional to manage operational coordination, content creation, and client communication. The role demands strong ideation skills, the ability to rapidly develop content, and proactive client engagement, while ensuring seamless interaction with in-house, remote and external teams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to branding strategies, campaign ideas, and creative direction.
  • Translate communication cases and business discussions into actionable outputs
  • Create mockups, documents, presentations, social media posts, and reels using AI tools
  • Support quick turnaround of high-quality marketing and branding content.
  • Handle daily client communication and follow-ups (calls/emails mandatory)
  • Track dependencies, approvals, and deliverables from clients.
  • Coordinate onsite when required to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues.
  • Act as the Chief’s professional representative in meetings and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality, credibility, and clarity in all business communication.
  • Handle sensitive information and strategic tasks with tact and discretion.


Who You Are:

  • Strong in English communication with professional etiquette.
  • Creative thinker with interest in branding and marketing ideas.
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content creation (presentations, reels, posts, etc.)
  • Confident in client interaction, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Quick learner, tech-adaptive, and execution-focused.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and onsite coordination.
