Job Description
Office Ops & Finance Coordinator (2nd Shift)
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad, India
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break included)
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Office Ops & Finance Coordinator who can be the face of the office and the engine behind smooth daily operations. This role blends front office coordination, facility management, and light accounting responsibilities—ideal for someone who likes structure, ownership, and getting things done without being chased.
What You’ll Do
1. Light Accounting & Administrative Support
Not full-blown finance, but enough responsibility to keep the money side from becoming a mess.
- Maintain and update records of sundry expenses and employee travel expenses accurately
- Verify invoices and process routine payments with attention to detail
- Work with Tally and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data and reporting
- Track and report employee attendance metrics including late arrivals, absences, and punctuality trends via structured Excel reports
- Coordinate with leadership to obtain approvals and signatures (Managing Director) on offers, cheques, and key documents
- Ensure documentation and records are organized, compliant, and easy to retrieve
2. Facility Management & Office Operations
You’re basically the command center for keeping the workplace clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine.
- Ensure overall neatness, hygiene, and professional appearance of the office at all times
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping staff (cleaning lady) to maintain daily cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and timely replenishment of cleaning supplies and office essentials
- Oversee general office upkeep, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment
- Coordinate employee-related logistics such as ID card creation and onboarding support
- Act as the first point of contact at the front desk—welcoming visitors and ensuring smooth coordination
- Maintain discipline and structure in common areas (because chaos spreads fast if you let it)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
- Experience: 8 years minimum (non-negotiable)
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel (non-negotiable)
- High attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask across admin, operations, and basic accounting
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Someone who notices when things are slightly off and fixes them before anyone else does
