Job Title: On-site Customer Support Executive
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide
technical and functional support for our software solutions. This role involves direct
interaction with clients, including on-site visits, hands-on training, and data entry support
at customer locations to ensure smooth software adoption and efficient day-to-day usage.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, software support, or service-oriented
roles.
● Open to travel to client locations regularly.
● Ability to handle data entry tasks at customer’s location.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications quickly.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, chat and remote access
tools.
● Conduct in-person and remote training sessions for client staff covering software
usage, workflows, and best practices.
● Assist with software installation, initial setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
● Perform data entry tasks at client locations when required during implementation
or workflow setup.
● Identify, document, and escalate technical issues to the development team when
necessary.
● Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Maintain updated support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
Travel & Benefits
● This role requires regular travel to client sites for implementation, training, data
entries and support activities.
● All official travel, accommodation, and meal expenses will be borne by the company.
