Online Pharmacist

Position: Online Pharmacist | Sr. Online Pharmacist

Qualification: D. Pharma B. Pharma / M. Pharm, Pharma. D (Specialization in pharmacology)

Experience (Years): 1 – 8 Years

 Job Role and Responsibilities:

· Prescription Validation – Review the doctor’s Prescription, checking their Validity and legality.

· Prescription digitization in PDS screen

· Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all “Prescription upload” cases.

·  Educate the customers on Medicine’s dosage

·  Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines

· Handle inbound and outbound calls

Working Days in a Week: 6

days Shift time: (Rotational Shift)

Organization: Apollo Pharmalogistics Pvt. Ltd.

Location Hyderabad Office 6 days working

Rotational Shift |No WFH| you will be eligible for one week-off which will not be fixed

Language Known: Telugu, Hindi, English, other added advantage.

Will be required to give their original Pharmacy license for background verification.

Skill Set:

Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules

Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs

Good communication skills
