A marketing manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and executing marketing strategies for an organization. The following job description for  a marketing manager:

Job Title: Marketing Manager Reports to: Director Location: Telangana
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and be able to think creatively to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

•	Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the client’s business plan.
•	Conduct market research on outdoor media related matters & analyse to identify new opportunities, trend, optimal media budget and consumer insights.
•	Take initial responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions.
•	Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
•	Maintain and enhance relationship with existing and new clients. Liaise with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas
•	Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members.
•	Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
•	Constantly trains and coaches junior members, conveying advanced skills.
•	Create marketing budgets, including allocation of resources and allocation of cost.
•	Oversee the development and execution of marketing programs, including advertising, public relations, event planning and marketing.
•	Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, campaigns and making improvements on recommendations.
•	Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and incorporate them into the marketing mix.
•	Develop and maintain a strong brand image and reputation for the company.


Qualifications:

•	MBA in marketing, business, or a related field.
•	At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
•	Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including marketing and data analysis strategies.
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•	Strong project management and organizational skills.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
•	Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
