Job Description
Role: Handle outpatient billing, insurance verification, charge entry, and payment processing.
Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate OPD bills and enter charges.
- Verify insurance, eligibility, and approvals.
- Submit and follow up on claims, fix rejections.
- Assist patients with billing queries.
- Reconcile daily payments and maintain records.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of OPD billing, insurance, ICD/CPT basics.
- Experience with HIS/billing software.
- Good communication and accuracy.
Education: Any graduate (Billing/Hospital Admin preferred).
Experience: 1–5 years
