Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operational processes for student applications (admissions, documentation, visa processing support)
• Coordinate with students, parents, and counselors to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents
• Maintain and update student records, application statuses, and CRM systems
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all operational tasks
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards
• Handle client queries and provide operational support throughout the application journey
• Assist in improving internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing and counseling teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international university application processes
• Knowledge of visa documentation and compliance procedures
• Familiarity with student counseling workflows
